The three core values that guide us through the winemaking process are
excellence, handcrafted and keep it fun.
The crops are handpicked into small bins, attentively sorted by hand and fermented in small tanks where the cap is gently punched-down up to five times per day.
All our wines are aged in 100% new French oak for 18-24 months and bottled in our winery.
Our winemaking philosophy is to interfere as little as possible with the process and keep fining and filtration to a minimum. This enables the wine to express the uniqueness of its Mediterranean location.
