Filtriert.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Oliven\u00f6l wird aus der Koroneiki Olive gewonnen, welche f\u00fcr die Mittelmeergegend in und um Koroni besonders typisch ist. Die Oliven werden ausschlie\u00dflich von Hand geerntet, wenn sie noch gr\u00fcn sind und weisen somit einen besonders hohen Anteil an gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Antioxidantien auf. Die Oliven werden unmittelbar nach der Ernte schonend gepresst, um diese wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe zu bewahren.<\/p>\n<p>Der Duft nach frischem Gras und die Sch\u00e4rfe und leicht bittere Note am Gaumen sind Zeichen von besonderer Frische und wichtige Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmale unseres hochwertigen Oliven\u00f6ls.
